In recent years, drawn materials available on the market are not stable in quality, so the yield rate of drawn products is relatively low. In addition, drawing machines made by present manufacturers are characterized by single function and low production rate. Therefore, our company has based on these two factors to develop the new generation YD65B type four-column high speed double-acting hydraulic drawing machine, which has won the recognition and use of customers.

Configuration of YD65B type four-column high speed double-acting hydraulic drawing machine:
PLC computer touch screen adjustment and correction
I. The main cylinder and lower cylinder are provided with pressure proportioning function
The main cylinder pressure proportioning is to reduce pressure loss during drawing so as to achieve less load and high production capacity.
The lower cylinder proportioning is to reduce blank holding force automatically along with drawing height and blank holding size of product so as to improve the yield of finished product.
II. PLC computer can store technical data of different drawing machines so as to avoid repeated adjustment of blank holding force when similar products are made, improve production efficiency and reduce reject rate.
Use requirement: The customers of YD65B type four-column high speed hydraulic drawing machine shall provide the following items at the same time:
1. Stainless steel drawn die must be alloy die.
2. Hydraulic oil must be sufficiently cooled.
